Today’s affirmation is “I am fully me.”

Spring is in full bloom and the world is inspiring you with individualism. Each flower you see is unique. Each person you come across is different than the next. I want so much for you to embrace your individualism. For you to inspire, help, and connect with others in the unique way that only you can. As you continue to dive into your life with the energy the Spring brings, remember to go inside yourself, to discover who you really are, and bring those gifts out into the world.

Saying “I am fully me” reminds you not to just go with the flow of what society or other people expect of you. It is a reminder to tune into yourself, your truths, your desires, and to act on being fully you, fully alive. 

Repeat this affirmation throughout today and whenever you feel yourself moving away from what makes you an individual. Share this affirmation with your friends and family to increase appreciation of individualism in your life.
