The Secret Every Life Coach Wants Their Clients to Know

The Secret Every Life Coach Wants Their Clients to Know

Have you ever had a life coach? Therapist? Mentor? Or someone else invested in your wellbeing? Well I am going to guess they all wanted one thing for you. One simple thing that if you knew and accepted could completely change your life. You would be happier, healthier, and achieve more by knowing this one secret.

So what is the secret, you might be asking? Don’t worry, we will get there.

But first, a few questions.

What do you see when you look in the mirror?

How do you feel when you look at yourself in the eyes?

How do you feel when you see your whole self in the mirror looking back at you?

Like most women, this is more than likely a difficult exercise for you. It is likely you feel some shame, disappointment, or even disgust when looking at yourself in the mirror. As women, we tend to never see ourselves as enough. Pretty enough, strong enough, smart enough, sexy enough, skinny enough, young enough, old enough, and the list keeps going. As women, we tend to think we are not qualified or deserve the things we desire in life because we do not see ourselves as enough.

So, the secret is this: YOU ARE ENOUGH.

You are beautifully, perfectly, uniquely you, and being you is more than good enough to be, do, and have what you want in life.

Knowing that you are enough can completely change your life.

You will start to smile when you look in the mirror instead of scowl. Your heart will start to race when you think about all of the adventure you are going to take. People will be more attracted to you and seek you out to spend time with because of your confidence and self-assurance. You will be happier, healthier, and more in tune with what you truly want out of life because you will no longer be held back by a false mindset.

The problem is…

You have been telling yourself you are not good enough for 20+ years. Society and even friends and family have been telling you that you are not good enough for 20+ years. This idea has been so ingrained in your mind that you probably do not realize how many times a day you are telling yourself that you are not good enough.

So how do we fix this problem? By doing the opposite.

I challenge you do tell yourself you are good enough AT LEAST once a day. Stand in front of your mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and declare “I am enough.” When you catch yourself feeling insecure or jealous, think “I am enough” to yourself. Make a conscious effort to take control of your life, recognize your worth, and know that you are more than enough.

Want help on your journey? I am so here for you lady, let’s chat.

Much love, Danielle
